David S. Lipscomb David Lipscomb has been in the private practice of law in metro Atlanta since 1976.  David handles cases in divorce, domestic relations, general civil trial practice, personal injury, wills, trusts, probate and appellate matters. David attended Georgia State University, Emory University School of Law and Woodrow Wilson Law School.  David served as President of the Gwinnett County Bar Association 1986-87, has served on the State Bar of Georgia’s Board of Governors since 1993 and has been on the State Bar Executive Committee since 1999.  David serves as Chair of the State Bar Fee Arbitration Program and Vice Chairman of the Disciplinary Rules Committee. David has been appointed Special Master by the Gwinnett Superior Court and the Georgia Supreme Court and serves as a Special Assistant Attorney General. David is the Chairman of the Gwinnett County Indigent Defense Governing Committee and has served in that capacity since 1989.  Leah Brohm Bio coming soon.
